There has been a shift from mass-mobilization, mass-protest to these more atomized individual actions. The green ribbon movement asks people to hang green ribbons in public places as a way to signal their opposition to the war. It's asking people to scribble either hashtags, nietvania, no to war, and write down maybe the handle or the telegram of this organization.
