The study of Aristotelian ism period just kind of comes back into vogue and is still going strong I would say into the contemporary era. The utilitarian ethical tradition is really a birth of the English philosophical tradition. And then you have people like Philip Afoot and most famously Alstrach and Tyre who start saying yeah we have to sort of think through Aristotle.
