Tim Ferriss: Sometimes rising interest rates is a good thing until they rise too much too fast. Then they're a bad thing. I revealed to the world one of my top leading indicators of tenure yields, which is the price of copper divided by the price of gold. For the last 20 years, that ratio has led tenure yields every single major turning point either to the upside or the downside. So right now, it actually is not working. In fact, it's kind of the opposite. It's gold. And it's actually doing the reverse now. Why? Because bonds and interest rates move in opposite directions.
