What's Going to Be Like for Retailers in 2023?
Elke: I'm seeing in my role at Software AG is a global one, and I've been looking at global retail trends. The interesting thing is, maybe it's not that surprising, but it's pretty much similar right across the globe. Ulrich: There are two main things which we are going to see once stores. One thing is, of course, more technology because it's no secret that the pandemic has given digitization, a huge push. And the next thing is that I think that experience and emotion will play even a bigger role than ever before.
