Removing Emotions From Decision Making
When your emotions rise too high, they actually have the power to shut down higher function. So that is the main reason why we want to remove the emotion it is to be able to retain a sort of full conscious control,. and then obviously precision in terms of execution. I kind of liken the mental game or what i'm doing in my job to an oil engine - you can't profit from not having any friction. That's really how successful traders make their money. And so as i said, my job is about removing those points of friction"
