I'm pretty convinced that these things actually did the thing that I claim. So when was the back pain one that I mentioned? And I think I basically seemed to have solved it by eventually switching to a standing desk. But maybe my intuitions about the effect sizes of things is trained by, you know, reading papers in medicine and social science. Maybe there's just a difference in expectation. It's like, I expect to do five to 10 experiments for one that like is worth keeping. What do you think?
