Charles: There's two types of partners typically. One partner is somebody who is looking to be an operator. They want to be hands on and, you know, they want to receive the money for doing that. The other kind of a partner is more of a higher level. Stay off the org chart partner. And I find that those two are really good opposites to bring together where you've got somebody who doesn't have time, but does have access and resources.
