"We naturally judge other people. You really just can't stop yourself from doing that," she says. "Instead of listening to them, i try to understand how some has come to behave the way they do or believe what they do." The first is to seek to understand, not judge. And often that helps you develop ampathy and compassion for how they came to be the way they are.
