I think change management is one of the deepest functions that c oos do. You've been bought in as a change agent frequently. And so doing that in a way which is comfortable for the organization, but also pushes it a little bit as a pretty essential part of doing the role. The thing i think that helped me at the executie stage of my career was that it did give me the facility to be comfortably adaptable. I enjoy change. In terms of youo personal writings on that, that's always a hard one to say. You should probarly talk to the teamer and see how they feel about their job.
