The lawyer then for the company is kind of doing his, you know, grand summing up speech as you expect lawyers to do. But he's referring to his client as being the invisible man now sitting in the dock, that being the employer company. So it was the invisible man that was found guilty of the failures that led to my brother's death. And it was the Invisible man that was fined £300,000.
