Teaching History and English in Schools
I'm seeing more and more schools going, well, we want to do this integration thing called steam or stem. And trying to make that into a stand alone class where my suggestion is you make that part of the history class. I remember in a twelfth grade physics class for one of the high schools i worked for here in los angeles, we would do word problems. And so i would have them dissected like an english class. And then we would apply the science thaf the word problem was saying. So many of my classes started off with discussion on technology,. Then we hit history, philosophy, obviously literature. And there's also science, science and the history of science.
