Is AWS the Cloud Provider?

The way that these things are monetized is by selling the services to developers and basically VC funds. But who's really good at selling services to developers? Apple. So like, why wouldn't Apple be the cloud provider? And so Google is making that huge investment. They're going to have these AI services that they can sit, you know, behind APIs and let developers interact with them.
