The Usefulness of a Boutie in Intubation Success Rates
BIM suggests that in a center where the bougie is routinely used, first pass intubation success rates are significantly higher. Jonathan: "I really hesitate to criticize it. It's just a well-conducted trial" But I think one of the potential limitations of the study is that if you look at the practice beforehand, which was eloquently demonstrated in the presentation, in general, it's generalization.
