The First 3750 Qualification of Battery Minerals

North America has a free trade agreement with countries that are mineral intensive. China is one of the largest refiners of lithium, manganese and cobalt. The maximum number of minerals you can get for battery cells in North America is 3750. So it's possible that zero EVs, BV's, Tesla, you name it, nothing will qualify because so much of that source of the minerals will come in.
