Geraldine Meade: I want to frame up the work as a whole, but also for you guys to dialogue about it. What is the thesis of the book? How would you how would you answer that? She says there's sometimes in some literature an assumption that maybe men are more like God if God given the language that we have if the imagination that God is masculine. So ultimately the book is inviting people to consider the power of the incarnation. But if we need to put an edge to it, the edge is let's make sure that our image, our language of God is right in line with text and tradition so that all people, male and female, can flourish.
