Awe Method

The awe method, when done at least three times a day, decreased depression by on average 35%, which is incredible. There's something unique about the emotion of awe that helps with feelings of being alone and isolated. And one of the neat things is that the more times you dose these brief moments of awe throughout your day, the more benefit you get from it. It just does all the work to shift their nervous system in this way.
