Can You Make a Naturalist Language With Five Vowels?
Almost all languages have those four particular sounds. So it's not like you're stuck with three constants at the top. You can add whatever else you want as long as you're sort of trying to maintain other things. I usually seem to start with a five like Spanish has the five vowel system. Sometimes throwing in a rounded aspect or the ahh, I'm not fond of the ahh sound. There's nothing wrong with five vowels. It's the most common system.
