Elika, i think that this is such a simple, helpful practice. It really does help you come to your senses, an out of that brain fog. And did anyone ever tell you, if i saw you hve a great voice for guiding meditation? I've never ever heard that. So thank you so much. Maybe i should explore that il open more. But thank you. You know, it actually makes me want to close my eyes after i get through the first part of the visual and ani get into the feeling touching.
