Base and a user on basis ability to interact with any applications is totally permissionless. And that's what allows all the crazy shit to happen because, you know, you can't stop them. The user is making their own sovereign choices at some level. There are like, there is the question of whether certain transactions in a block may not be able to base on what jurisdiction they're from. I feel there's, there's around the wallet, like the wallets are not custodial too. So once the user moves, how do you think about those?
