Why Machine Learning Can't Work

Machine learning is dependent on having relatively high resolution numbers and they simply can't exist in neurons because you just don't have the time to represent them. Machine learning algorithms rely on floating point numbers and very small differences between one signal and the next. The whole underlying process of machine learning is dependent upon having relatively high resolutions numbers which cannot be found in neurons.
