NATO's Response to Milosevic's Military Intervention in Kosovo

Human Rights Watch: Milosevic was a brutal autocrat who regularly regularly murdered and repressed his political opponents. But that being said, he becomes a perfect target for NATO when they're looking for new for a new Hitler kind of like Saddam Hussein. So yeah, that's what the Human Rights Watch says about that. It's pretty fascinating actually how many times they tried to talk it out before they actually went with military action. The second round was suspended on March 19th in the light of what NATO intelligence and O S C E Observer saw as intensifying violence on the ground.
