Is There a Mind?

When i was in medical school, what happened was that the professors that were teaching me to become a physician were acting like the human beings they were diagnosing had no subjective experience. Some people call that subjectivity or subjective experience. So when i went back to school, i made up this word mind, sight, just to say that at least the word mind could refer to the subjective feeling of your sense of being alive and how we connect with each other.
