How Do You Prioritize Which Markets You're Looking at First?

How do you prioritize which a market you enter first in terms of your go to market strategy? What for? Ok, gordya, soa, this is going to depend on your company objective. I think you have to sort of look dissect the different key markets you're looking at and look across these different criteria as well.
