The Government's Survey on Rents
Barry Sternlight says inflation will drop significantly, but that in the timeframe of us getting there. He does believe we're heading into a recession. We dug into the Redfin Data Center on rentals. Like Lisa said, hey, Boston rents are going up. South Florida is up 10%. Denver's though, is down 4%, Austin is down 4,. California all over the state, falling at double digits on rent prices.
