Delbome

When i started a four years ago, we were only six people a to day. I think there's over a hundred and 50 in just in our region. So my job was to make sure that i was holding all the moving pieces together at delbome. And  to insure that we were delivering a two plan or ahead of plan a, every single quarter and every single year.
