The Death of the Self, or Death to Narcissism
Ashley: I think that's probably our default mode. Ye, that seems to be afault mode of humans in their religious journeys. And you see it throughout paganism too. For there certainly is a a dying of ourselves as we carry the cross but we don't get like, just absorbed into the borg,. Lose our individuality into the collective. Ashleys: A healthy death of ego looks like so that you become somebody. Once you get wrapped up in that community, that's way better than these charlatans out there that are self professing messiah figures.
