Is There a Need for Ita?

i just don't think we have a need for ita. fitness testing should be something that's oppetit into for people who want that information. A, but one thing i'uld add to my battery of tests that i gave out there, just for a for having some type of answer, add the two mile run to that. Why? Because i didn't have an endurance metric. The two mile run was my favorite distance to run. Maybe it changed overtime. I don't know. So what what i'm seeing the tests are is the 50 yard dash, 600 yard run, standing broad jump. Any of is the hull up for boys, flexed arm hang for girls
