How to Be a Successful Operation Staff

Good operation staff worry enough to avoid mistakes, but not so much that they get overwhelmed by emergencies. Operations staff often have to quickly master new software, regulation and processes. Communication skills are needed in any role that involves working with a team. Operation staff also need to be disagreeable enough to turn down tasks while staying on good terms with the rest of the team.
