The Story of a Fourth-Graded Child in a Middle School
Donna scott davenport was elected juvenile court judge in Rutherford County, Tennessee. Davenport believes in maximum discipline from the police and she's a white woman. Children as young as eight were taken off of school busses to be arrested for breaking up a fight that involved several students. The children were then held in prison pending the entering of their pleas. And by the way, these children were thenheld in prison.
