The eye is for investigating. How is my body feeling in this moment? We might investigate, what does it feel like to have this thought? If you notice that you're beginning to veer off into investigating the validity of your thoughts or your sensations, just redirect yourself back to allowing the present moment and then gently go back to justi stmating what those sensations feel like. And lastly, we come to the end, which is for none identify. The goal of non identifying is to take the perspective of this is what's happening for me right now.
