CrossFit Games - What Are the Penalty Structures?

CrossFit created an internal players union type thing but it was all also a problem if you have somebody that has been in the belly of the beast for 10 years as the advocate for the players. There's no CrossFit coaches group or coaches like Brent Fakowski and Patrick Villanor probably more than I ever have in my life at the CrossFit Games which I found interesting this crossFit game. The whole process needs to be better built with all the parties at the table where we're not making any power decisions but some decisions aren't being made properly.
