Python Modernize and Importability

Python modernize was where a lot of most of our automation went, because it could fix a lot of the stuff. A lot of that was fixing standard lip imports, you've been making most of those six shims for that. And then some of it was also upgrading the packages. So they could be used under around Python three, and like imported, but there's a little bit of like top level stuff, or it was like calling like jikt dot iter items or something,.
