The Importance of Defining Beliefs as a Community Around Belonging Connection Purpose
A lot of time and energy spent in schools on social emotional learning. And to me at least, I think the most powerful way to build a socio-emotional climate where students thrive is to be really clear about the set of positive values that are about who we want to be in the world. Then our work is the endeavor of seeking that together and feeling the benefit, feeling both the benefits and the small sacrifices right when you can.
