The ICJ's Advisory Opinion on Climate Change

More than 100 states are now co-sponsoring this resolution. When you speak to governments that don't back the initiative, what do they say? What are their concerns? And which governments are we talking about? We've had key European countries in the core group like Germany, Romania, Liechtenstein, Portugal. Countries like Germany have been some of the most reticent, I can probably say. They're worried that this is a court that we have an opinion saying they need to do more on climate change.
