Cryptoassets - What's Next for Crypto Assets?
The fed, f t i c and o c c have released a joint statement on the cryptoasset landscape. They will be determining whether certain activities related tocrypto assets conducted by banking organizations are legally permissible. It seems unlikely that they would go through all this and then come out with something that says you can't do all these activities. So it's very clear that there are banks that are pushing for this clarity.
