The Tax Gap Is Growing Every Year
There is a very large discrepancy in how much money can actually be raised. Democrats seem to think or the administration that they could raise anywhere from $600 billion to $1 trillion of this so-called tax gap. The Congressional Budget Office said, no, that's more like $180 billion.
