I was finishing up a masters in psychoanalytic studies around this time and I was also taking classes with Pat at the Brooklyn Institute of Social Research. And so started running seminars on the theme of the magazines of magazines first issue was on the family problem second issue coming out the summer on repair we've had two such seminars and completely sliding scale where it as it's worked out more than half the students are attending for free. From there the foundation has grown to include one off events and book events and a lecture series on keywords in the psychosocial, short courses on Klein and beyond and Winnekod and Fanon but also really you know done this work of publishing a magazine.
