How to Develop Discipleship Capacity

Churches have nine 80 to 90 percent annual turnover people. They know that every year, this many people are going to move to their city. And so they we're just living on this constant turnover where you get 90 and i even heard some people talk about is like the river. You got a river rushing through your church, trying to fish people out. It's really hard to develop disciple ship capacity. As much as we try, there are people who hs this huge turn over it at times.
