We have to figure out where they're at, also figure out, like, why do we want to taper the opioids, right? And what goes into that is a, are we worried that this person is having side effects? Or have they developed an opioduse disorder? That's an opportunity to screen for an opiodused disorder. A. We should be doing all those things as we, you know, got to know the patient better before we make any decisions on the opiotes themselves.
