The Master Value of Freedom of Speech

freedom of speech is not just one among many different values. It really is the master value, because it's the only corrective to human stupidity. And i believe that that's part of the reason why the post modern radicals, in particular a, are ose to freedom of speech. Cause they don't reall. They don't believe in rational dialogue and the possibility of reaching a solution through it. So that's partly why they don't like to while why they block speakers who compose their views from campus. That's exactly right. It's the fundamental valueof our entire cultural edifice is predicated.
