How Choosing a Certain Identity Helps?

Since 2006, 2007, I have on my own free time studied some Eastern spirit. You are all these stuff. So it's been almost 15 years for me. And part of it actually came even before the spiritual stuff,. But I was always worried if I became something. Well, what am I letting go of? The tricky thing is, well, I don't even know what I am in the first place.
