i've worked with lots of teams over the last couple of years, caesar. One of the things that i've been talking about is this, this need as a teamer does not mat wheth your project team or a small team or a e partner. People can work from home forever, like coal. But you don't know whe it's going to work. Most of you have never done it before and so you don't knows how to work. Also, there's a lot of organizations saying this, have got op what i would call office privilege. They don't have people working out in the field like you now. They can't work from home indefinitely.
