Christmas Break

My oldest child is already 15. Most likely, we only have three years or so before he decides to move on to the next chapter of his life. It does make the experience of planning Christmas more poignant. And then there is rocking a baby to bed. Sometimes, I really would like to have this be an easier process. But in another year or two, he will be a big boy, in a big boy bed. And my multi-decade journey of putting babies to bed will be over. Right now, I am truly almost done.
