The Cost of Funds of JP Morgan Stanley

The federal funds rate now is 3%, and it goes high as 4.9%, 5% if you look at the Fed funds futures as of today on the 14th of October. So is our banks gonna have to start paying that to depositors and to what degree will that start to become a cost of funds? Like so JP Morgan, it wants to get smaller, but I'm sure our banks perhaps like Goldman Sachs or a lot of FinTech companies where that cost of funds is really gonna start biting them.
