The Struggles of Universities in America
In America and in most countries, the leading edge basic research is primarily done at universities. Those STEM scientists are afraid to speak up against a crazy woke takeover of their institution by people who are more concerned with social justice and leftist causes than discovering truth or inventing new technologies. So it's a sad situation where once some people might say blow up the universities,. The ideological capture of our universities is terrible, but you can't blow them up because all of our bulk of our best scientists and technologists are in there.
