British airways flight one four nine landed in quate city at the time of invasion. It was a refueling stop and passengers were allowed to stay on plane while it was being refuelled. Two migdre jets streak by and bomb the airport, shaking the whole plane. Then we saw raki planes come by the military planes and start bombing the runways. And that was when my jaw dropped. That was really the moment when you realized, moet, this is not my holiday i had hoped for.
