How Effective Is Humor in Training?

I saw that y'all at Athena incorporated a lot of humor into your training modules. How effective is that in helping keep people engaged and also make the lessons stick? Totally. Understanding like what are the expectations of the workforce and not assuming everyone's gotten the memo because you have people who are new to the workforce. And so I think just that expectation setting is so important.
