Do You Track Calories While You're at Maintenance?
I do not count calories, never have and don't have any interest in it either myself. So my method of a kind of maintaining without tracking is to weigh myself typically twice a day, morning and evening before bed. And so that's kind of how my metho a is, frequent weigings. The other thing that ends up being necessary for this, i think, is, ah, for your diet to be relatively consistent, am for most meals. If you're eating like, radically different stuff all the time and not king, i think that can make it more challenging. My typical daily diet has involved oats and mixed with some way.
