The Reversal of Eucsibius' Position on Images
Eucsibius wrote that no likeness should be made either of what is in heaven or what is in the earth beneath. He was responding to constansia who had asked for an image of jesus and so he's saying these this isn't supposed to be in churches and it's not supposed to be even privately owned because of the second commandment.
