I've been able to like parse out emotion from feedback. There's some people that give legitimate feedback in terrible, terrible ways. But over time, I feel like you can like adapt yourself to reviewing feedback as long as you can very objectively look at it. That's maybe where like data comes in, right? If you want to sort of quantify what that feedback looks like, actually do it rather than, and if you think something is like valid feedback, right? I mean, work, ask people about that, right? And get, you know, work it out, right? To do these thumbnails really bother you that much, right? That sort of thing?"
